Generally-
- 3 power points to main bedroom-2 power points to remaining bedrooms, 2 or 3 power points to kitchen, 2 power points to tv areas (allowance for wall mounted TV) 2 power points to living areas, power point to hallway, vanity, laundry, garage, outdoor area.
- Generally, 4 LED downlights to main bedroom, media, living area and wherever else required, 2 LED downlights to all bedrooms, LED downlights to halls and entry etc, 2-4 pendants to kitchen (allowance of $150.00 inc GST ea), 2-4 front feature lights (allowance of $100.00 inc GST ea)
- 3 or 4 TV points including Antenna and booster as required- allowance for wall mounted TV’s with draw wire to pull cables through wall as required
- Ceiling fans (white) to all bedrooms, living and media
- 1 Phone point includes conduit from street to home
- Wire up hot plate, wall oven, range Hood, dishwasher, garage door and H.W.S
- Supply and install mains power supply from curb, switchboard, circuit breakers, safety devices
