Site Works
- For sites up to 300mm fall over building pad, excludes rock
- Scrape site
- Import and compact building pad
- Excess soil to be removed from site
Slab Concrete
- Slab and footings engineered and designed for a Class “M” Site
- Rebates in slab for recessed sliding doors (tiled areas)
- Rebates in slab for shower floors (no step up into shower)
Roof, Gutter and Facia
- Supply and fitting of roof as per plan
- Roof to be installed to N3 wind category
- Colorbond metal corrugated roofing
- Colorbond metal facia and gutter
Bricks and Bricklaying
- Brick Veneer construction lower level if required
- Common bricks with cement render finish
- Standard cement mortar
- Flush finish mortar joints
Insulation
- Supply and install R2.5 grade ceiling batts to all areas
- Supply & Install R1.5 builders blanket beneath metal roof
- Supply and install R1.0 grade batts to all external walls
- Supply and fit of sisilation to external walls
Upper floor
- Supply and erection of timber subfloor as per plans
- Joists and bearers engineered to support required loads
- cyon FC flooring placed in all wet areas, remaining floors particle board- yellow tongue
